Learning experience
The learning opportunities in this workshop are experiential in nature. Practical skills, and material know-how will be developed while physically and mentally engaging with the work and participating in the design dialogue with the facilitator and construction team. The workshop attendees will engage in the design dialogue with the facilitators and will be assigned a suitable role.
An explorative atmosphere is encouraged, with enough space for parallel discussion. All this would be done through hands-on approach by immersing oneself into the scenario and responding to the immediate requirements of the design process and the program that is chalked out for the workshop, with much room for improvisation on site.
Facilitator

Jinal,
Founder of Dookdi.
Trained as sculptor has been working in the industry for more than a decade and has been teaching the skills in various institutions across the country. Graciously is now partaking her skills with the world.
At Dookdi, the process of creation is similar to prayer, a slow attentive journey of healing. Every pieces is born out of the belief that we are part of nature and not apart from it, and reconnecting constantly with the meanings of the mundane.
Various organisms and nature’s phenomenas become vehicles of the inner mental projections. They sometimes become wearable objects.
I invite you to be a part of our journey by experiencing our pieces
